Arcana is the perfect place to host your conference. Combine our Empress Theatre Space with our stunning outdoor garden bar, and you have the best of both.

Your delegates will arrive into our garden bar, register and grab a freshly brewed coffee or tea and mingle. Followed by the presentations and speakers in our air conditioned Empress Theatre, set out in theatre style for up to 220 pax or table and chairs for 150 pax. Arcana also has two smaller spaces for workshops or break out spaces throughout the day.

Your morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea can be served in the Garden Bar, providing a casual setting for your delegates to feel relaxed and socialise. With plenty of parking on-site and on the street, and being close to public transport, we’re certainly ticking a lot of boxes!

Our team will work with you to design your delegates journey; help manage your budget across our venue, catering and drinks; and assist with booking any additional items you require to ensure your conference runs smoothly every time.
